Mystery Science Theater 3000[edit]

I love the fact that the most note worthy thing of 31st January 2004 was Mystery Science Theater 3000! Graemec2 13:04, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is not notable enough to be on a Day article. Lkjhgfdsa 0 (talk) 02:04, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Weeding[edit]

I've weeded the Births section by removing:

  • Sportspeople with few or no articles in other-language wikipedias, eg: Sten Olmre (minor Estonian basketball player with only one reference); Justine Ozga, former world no 259 tennis player.
  • Musicians who do not have entries in a Year in Music article (these have been transferred).

Charles Edward Stuart[edit]

The description for Charles Edward Stuart (died in 1788) 'Italian husband of Princess Louise of Stolberg-Gedern' seems rather odd. Surely the fact he was the pretender to the British throne and leader of the 1745 Jacobite rebellion is more significant. He is also possibly better known by his nicknames 'Bonnie Prince Charlie' and the 'Young Pretender' Also I doubt he would have considered himself Italian... 2012 - Toyota Corolla is not the most sold car worldwide[edit]

The original line is incorrect, since it implies that the Corolla was built practically in the same configuration since its introduction on the markets. In fact, it's just the name being given to the various models which were built in various layouts (e.g. the first four generations had RWD while from the fifth on, the main drive layout was FWD).

The title of the car being most built and sold worldwide still remains with the VW Type 1 which was built in the same overall configuration 21,529,464 times. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:560:42A4:E700:4BC:F6E4:C817:56A2 (talk) 18:58, 12 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected edit request on 31 January 2019[edit]

A period needs to be added at the end of this sentence: "A North Sea flood causes over 1,800 deaths in the Netherlands and over 300 in the United Kingdom" 98.210.124.96 (talk) 21:18, 31 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
