Can any of you good people who were originally involved point me in the right direction where I can find the debate in the Vfd archives about this article? It doesn't seem to appear in the archives. It seems to me that it should be explained in the discussion page of this, the "Frank and Gino's" article, what made it so special rather than merely an advertising page for a restaurant, a chain and the Initial Development Incentive Plan so-called. Is this their own incentive plan? Dieter Simon 00:34, 17 Jul 2004 (UTC)
