San Miguel Ranch Road / Mt. Miguel Road[edit]

It would be nice if somebody could shed some light on the incomplete ramps (for many years now) at this exit. It seems obvious that it was intended to be a full interchange, but the expressway's northbound exit and southbound entrance are graded and prepared, but nevertheless absent.
