Richard Low[edit]

User talk:203.121.0.16 added this on 10:53, 19 Sep 2004 ...

The Singapore actor, Richard Low,who starred in the comedy drama,I Not Stupid , bears a striking resemblance to him.

... please provide citation and link to Richard Low's portrait. -- sabre23t 09:39, 22 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Presumably you meant Richard Low pictures on http://www.inotstupid.com.sg/photogallery/richardlow.asp and comparing that against Tuanku Abdul Rahman pictures on http://www.rajakita.org.my/portal_bi/rk3/rk3.htm . Nah, I don't think there's "a close resemblance". -- sabre23t 13:03, 22 Sep 2004 (UTC)

The prefix Duli Yang Maha Mulia (DYMM) (the Dust Under the Feet of His Most Exalted) is only used for monarchs who are still alive and never for a deceased monarch. In any case, the prefix is no longer used for the Yang di-Pertuan Agong at all since 1993, when only "Seri Paduka Baginda" (Holy Conquering Majesty) is retained.

I think the picture need to be removed since it's not THE picture of Tuanku Abdul Rahman. This is more likely an insult to Tuanku Abdul Rahman. Please obtain picture from this adress "http://www.malaysianmonarchy.org.my/portal_bm/rk3/photo/img_agung1_2.gif".

Its an insult by some stupid Singaporean who has nothing better to do or can't understand English enough to know this is not a page about some unknown actor in tiny Singapore or something...

Tunku?[edit]

The article currently claims that Abdul Rahman was born "Tunku Abdul Rahman". My understanding is that Tunku is a variant spelling of Tengku introduced by, well, Tunku Abdul Rahman. There's been enough confusion between the two men already. Can anybody provide evidence of this spelling at the time of his birth? Groogle (talk) 07:14, 31 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
