Previous version[edit]

There is already a page at Road Runner cartoon, which has some good background on the characters.

Just out of curiosity, how does the prev. version violate the check your fiction rule? It seemed more like a case of there being more detail needed.

Where does it mention, in that version, that the Road Runner is a fictional character? If I didn't know better, I would have had no idea what the hell the Road Runner was after reading it.

In any case, I'm going to remove most of this page, as the cartoon is already discussed extensively on the other page and there is no sense in duplication. --Robert Merkel 02:54 Jan 20, 2003 (UTC)

You make valid points, both in the fiction aspect and in the duplication of information. Thank you for explaining.

Actually, Robert, while you make a good point, it's almost lost in your attitude. You might want to check your snarkiness and exercise more patience when someone makes a well-meaning inquiry.
