Hello All:

I have a question: Can a varicose vein around the spermatic cord impede or make ejaculation difficult and sometimes impossible? I have one, and since this year, I have had the most difficult time ejaculating. I cannot during sexual intercourse, but when I masturbare, I can, but with much effort. Feels like something is blocking it along the path that the semen travels before it is released. Does anyone have any information on this matter?
