Long Live Marik!!! Lirath Q. Pynnor

Heh. Davion or Clan Wolf are more my style. :D X-Bahamut

Links work best when they are, or are very close to, the word being linked within an article. So dont do Battletech: Battlespace: Jumpship: rather just create Jumpship. When a disamabiguation is needed, one should use: [[aerospace fighter (Battletech)|aerospace fighter]] Lirath Q. Pynnor

Mrm. 'k. Seems I misunderstood the disambiguation bits in some of the various help wikis here. Oh well, staying up all night and finding something neato and new(To me.) will do that to a person. I'll keep it in mind, thanks. X-Bahamut 19:52, 19 Nov 2003 (UTC)

I doubt you misunderstood anything, there are lots of outofdate "rules" floating around -- we haven't been using that archiac subcategory method for over a year. Youll see why if you persist in using it, its a pain to link stuff and eventually you'll find some article that doesn't neatly fit into one single category. Lirath Q. Pynnor

And also, since you are new, be forewarned that inevitably somebody is going to remove, revert, or do something to an article which you don't like. The calmer you stay, they easier it is to deal with such issues. Lirath Q. Pynnor

Heh, yeah, I realize that. Can't see it bothering me unless it's done maliciously. In which case, I've read that's dealt with quickly enough anyhow. Thanks for the heads up, in any case. X-Bahamut 20:07, 19 Nov 2003 (UTC)

In my FASA books, they spell it BattleTech. Lirath Q. Pynnor

Far as I've been aware, I've been following the convention. Feel free to correct any accidentally unshifted Ts you find. X-Bahamut 04:27, 20 Nov 2003 (UTC)

K, Just re-checked it, the registered copyright definitely has a capital T. Lirath Q. Pynnor

I just don't understand: Capital world, [[BattleTech:Inner Sphere#Atreus|Atreus]] -- Why don't you want to just create a link to Atreus or Atreus (Battletech)? Lirath Q. Pynnor

Just plain didn't occur to me. Heh. I'll get on it... X-Bahamut

Tharkad (BattleTech)[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Tharkad (BattleTech), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Tharkad (BattleTech). I have nominated BattleTech technology, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/BattleTech technology. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Marasmusine (talk) 13:29, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article Successor States has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No notability asserted through reliable sources

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
