Why does the article say "Moshe the Beadle" and not "Moishe"?

The article uses the original English translation of Night by Stella Rodway (Hill & Wang, 1960), reproduced in the 1982 Bantam Books edition. If you are using the translation from the 2006 Oprah Book Club edition, you will find differences in the text and in the way some names are written.

"Moshe" and "Moishe" are variants from Hebrew and Yiddish of the same name – "Moses" in English. "Moshe" is from the original 1960 English translation of Night.

Moshe the Beadle is:

Moché-le-Bedeau in Elie Wiesel's La Nuit (1958), the French edition from which Night originated;
Moshe in Night 1960, 1982;
Moshe, Moishele and Moishe in Wiesel's All Rivers Run to the Sea (1995, 2010);
Moshe in Elie Wiesel: Conversations (2002); and
Moishe in Night (2006).

Night (memoir) is a featured article; it (or a previous version of it) has been identified as one of the best articles produced by the Wikipedia community. Even so, if you can update or improve it, please do so.

This is a really well-developed and well-written article. I can tell much time was put into it. However, I was wondering if the contributors had considered adding a section, or subsection, regarding Night's ban from some Texans schools in the early 2000s. In the section "Auschwitz" it says, "Eliezer and his family are crammed into a closed cattle wagon with 80 others." This would mean his family PLUS 80, which is not true. It was 80 total, including his family, and this is significant because they would be counted, and if any of them were missing they would all be shot "like dogs". It should read something like "Eighty Jews including Eliezer and his family were crammed into a cattle wagon and threatened that they would be shot "like dogs" if there were fewer at their destination." OpposeThe Reception section explains the difficulty of assigning a genre to the work, hence the decision for the title. Furthermore genre is not assigned in the infobox, discussion can be found here. If further disambiguation is warranted, which personally I don't think is necessary, Night (Wiesel) might be viable, similar to how painting articles are titled, i.e Nativity (Christus). Oppose. The only other book listed on the dab page appears to be Night (O'Brien novel), and Wiesel's book is primary over that one by such a wide margin in terms of both pageviews (just shy of 500-to-1) and long-term significance that I think the WP:INCDAB threshold is met.
