Fair use rationale for Image:Stevie Wonder-Hotter Than July (album cover).jpg[edit]

Image:Stevie Wonder-Hotter Than July (album cover).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

  • Oppose. The relevant style guideline is WP:CT, WP:MOSCAPS. Since than is not among the exceptions listed there, and is not used in a way specified as exceptional, it ought to be lower case here. Incidentally, this accords well with the practice laid out in external major style guides and manuals. NoeticaTea? 11:08, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. WP:ALBUMCAPS recommends lower-case "than" in album titles. Jafeluv (talk) 13:29, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 03 December 2014[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: consensus to move the page back to Hotter than July/revert the undiscussed move performed by a blocked sock account. Dekimasuよ! 20:13, 8 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hotter than July (album)Hotter than July – The album is the Primary Topic for the name. In the last 90 days the album article was read 14,259 times and the festival 547 times. When the album was moved and a dab page was created, no attempt was made to clean up the many incoming links. The album needs to be moved back to the base name, with its long-standing hatnote pointing to the festival. PamD 13:16, 3 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support why not, could; if at all possible we create a Hotter than July disambigition article as well but keep this one a just Hotter than July? 93.186.31.112 (talk) 12:49, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
There's no point in having a disambiguation page when there exists only "Hotter than July" (the album article) and "Hotter than July (festival)". It's a case of WP:TWODABS where a disambiguation page would be deleted. Anyone typing or following a link to "Hotter than July" will get straight to the album and be one click away, via hatnote, from the festival. A dab page would only complicate matters.
