In traveling in Morocco and other countries recently I tourred the new Mosque in Casablanca with a female guide. She explained that there is no requirement in either the Koran or in teachings of Islam that a woman wear a heard scarf. She wore one while inside the Mosque like women inside St. Peters in Rome. In Rabat I noticed most women under 60 wore no head dress whereas women over 60 wore head dress. I would like some educated explanation. Judge John R. Stewart

Well I'll take a crack at it, there's nothing in the Bible about wearing habits, either. People make up their own stuff that the religion doesn't actually teach.
