11 Feb 05: (I'm not sure how to do this.) At the beginning of the MI page i just added "or discomfort" after "chest pain." I can't count the number of patients who have told me, "Doc, why does everyone ask about pain? It didn't hurt — just a real uncomfortable feeling in my chest" Many describe a heavy weight "like an elephant sitting on me."
