Welcome,

I found this site though a google search. I was searching for information on transistors - I wanted to understand how they worked - and wikipedia had a section on electronics. It reminded me of a textbook or, can I say, an encyclopedia. I assumed a staff of professionals from around the world wrote and edited the content. Nope.

When I came back and found other pages I noticed the 'edit' link. I clicked on it and experienced something on the web that I had never seen before - edit the content - add, tweak, clarify... I was blown away.

I guess I'm hooked. At least for now—-
