Humorous vandalism[edit]

is still vandalism. Please do not vandalize Wikipedia. SWAdair | Talk 01:12, 13 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Agreed. Disrupting this site to make a point will lose you points. If you want to write about Digimon, Pokèmon or "Pass me a Red Stripe Beer, Mon" then go ahead. Just verify its notability. - Lucky 6.9 01:26, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Welcome to WikiProject Digimon Systems Update[edit]

Thanks for joining the Digimon Systems Update WikiProject!

Basically, being apart of a WP:DIGI means you'll help organize, expand, clean up, and guide Digimon related articles on Wikipedia. You can also help create guidelines and discuss issues about Digimon-related articles. If you're new, don't be afraid about making mistakes, Wikipedia has a lot to take in. Just use common sense and you'll usually be fine.

If you are unsure about something you can always make a note on an article's talk page (the link for each article's talk page is next to the edit this page link, labeled discussion) for asking for help or even just asking for other people's suggestions and feedback.

Remember to not violate copyrights, such as cutting and pasting exact info from other Digimon websites isn't allowed. (You can still use the information, just rewritten.) Cite ALL information you add (where your information came from, such as an anime episode appearance, manga volume, card game info, etc). And remember that Wikipedia isn't a fan-site; the articles should contain information that is useful and interesting to those who have not seen the shows or played the card games.

Again, welcome to the WikiProject. Check out the links on the Project page and familiarize yourself with the guidelines and advice we have so far, and definitely check out the talk page and get involved there as well, with opinions and any ideas you have. Make sure you add the project page and the to do list to your watchlist so you can keep up to date with the Project. -- Ned Scott 22:36, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I was browsing WP, extremely bored, and was reading through this article. Your suggestion of List of Digimon-related coupling flamewars gave me quite the laugh. How I do not miss moderating over that sort of thing back in the day. Anyway, thanks for the laugh! JPG-GR 06:27, 26 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You're welcome! Though personally, I *liked* fighting them. XD Birdboy2000 23:22, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notification[edit]

Please read this notification carefully:
A community discussion has authorised the use of general sanctions for pages related to the Gamergate controversy.
The details of these sanctions are described here.

General sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimise disruption in controversial topic areas. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to these topics that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behaviour, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. An editor can only be sanctioned after he or she has been made aware that general sanctions are in effect. This notification is meant to inform you that sanctions are authorised in these topic areas, which you have been editing. It is only effective if it is logged here. Before continuing to edit pages in these topic areas, please familiarise yourself with the general sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

This message is informational only and does not imply misconduct regarding your contributions to date.

On your user page[edit]

This large list of GG-related links [1] is likely not appropriate material for WP to have even as user pages, per WP:NOT#WEBHOST, and you might find an admin or the like removing it even if some of the details are factually correct. I will note that one claim made by a site that has no assurance of being a reliable source and speaking about living persons I have had to remove per WP:BLP; that's unallowable on WP anywhere. Do note that some of the sources you have are potentially possible sources in the GG article (please review the WP:RS policy before suggesting them however), while others from blogs and the like will likely never be possible to be used. I would recommend that either you voluntarily remove this as a whole or trim down to ones that are from reliable sources as to offer that up for inclusion at the GG article if they aren't already used. --MASEM (t) 17:03, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
