Expansion[edit]

This article would benefit from additional information about construction costs. Were there any significant safety incidents during its construction? What level of use has it had? --Theo (Talk) 16:11, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Map[edit]

is there a map? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.235.171.115 (talk) 18:58, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article now includes a map so I removed the requested map template. Transpoman (talk) 16:51, 1 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

How did they build this enormous structure? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.95.200.97 (talk) 19:39, 25 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bridge or Pont[edit]

This is an English Wikipedia, so unless I am mistaken and the bridge is called the "Pont de Normandie" in all languages, should this not say the Normandy Bridge? Nathan A RF (talk) 21:20, 8 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Freyssinet cables?[edit]

The "structure" section quantifies the bridge's use of "freyssinet cables," without further clarifying or linking to other articles that might elucidate matters. A quick web search seems to suggest that it's the name of a company that produces such materials, which raises two points: 1) Is this mention--which does seem a bit out of place--appropriate? and 2) if that is a proper name of what appears to be a US-based company, is there any reason for the use of lowercase? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nieuwe Nederlander (talkcontribs) 04:42, 7 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
