Oh, I see now. What happened was that I deleted it, while you were editing it to put on the boilerplate--thus, when you hit save, it registered as newly-created and I thought you were the original vandal, having registered an account. I'm actually a student in the school molecular and cellular biology at UIUC. No problem; I was shocked when I saw he hadn't been blocked. Since uploading a vandalist (is that a word?) image requires making an account, it's clear he had no intention of ever acting in a civil fashion.
