Experiments:

1. Apparently "multiple redirect" doesn't work.
   • Submitted RFE at Sourceforge.
   • HTML comment applied to block redirect.
2. Nearly blew up my lab proving it, but "Wikipedia->Wiktionary" redirect is possible.
   • Major drawback: Wiktionary doesn't link back so you can edit the redirection.
3. The fragment id ([[blah#Something]]) points to a subsection of a page.
