Who ever removed this article, should have a second thought about what copyright is about. Nobody can copyright an artist's discography, history or other publicly available data about an artist, not at least in civilized countries as Finland.

Lists of verifiable facts are not copyrightable in the US unless organized in a unique and creative way. I'm not privvy to what material was removed due to copyvio process, but any sort of text descriptions cut-and-pasted would be subject to copyright. In fact, I believe that in the US, courts have upheld that using even just a three word unique phrase to describe the same subject is copyright violation. I suspect that the admins were playing it safe. --Laura Scudder | Talk 20:39, 20 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
The list was a very long list cut and paste directly from the bands website, and was deleted as a copyvio. The information is fine, you just need to express it in your own words. Look at the pages from other bands for some ideas. --nixie 04:15, 21 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
  • I've made a stub that shouldn't get speedy deleted, please expand it. If you add text like history make sure you rewrite it to avoid copyvio. See also WP:MUSIC. Kappa 21:34, 20 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

By the way if anyone was thinking this band is "non-notable", they get 15,700 google hits, which isn't too bad. Kappa 21:44, 20 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
