My name is Steven Burton. I am proud and active member of the Ramapough Lenape Nation as well as the webmaster of the tribal website. I have been researching my family history since the passing of my grandmother in 1995. I have heard many stories about my elders having to keep their heritage a secret for fear of being relocated. My dedication to reveal their history will be the greatest vindication for my ancestors.
