Merge to Norse mythology[edit]

Shouldn't this be merged with Category:Norse mythology? ··gracefool | 00:24, 23 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Merge with Scandinavian folklore[edit]

I think it would be a logical move to merge the "Scandinavian folklore" category into this one as the "Nordic countries" include Finland. Having these two regions separated is a bit redundant - they have some relation. However, there's a gray area of cultural difference in Finland that could be troublesome considering it's not as related as the rest of the Nordic countries. I think there's enough of a relation to merge them. Maybe it should be retitled Folklore of the Nordic countries or the Wikitized equivalent? I suspect that might bring Greenland into issue though, which is really quite unrelated folklore-wise. I suppose further subdivisions could solve such issues if they appeared. :bloodofox: (talk) 12:10, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

On second thought, better to just make "Scandinavian folklore" a subcategory of "Folklore of the Nordic countries" and move the Scandinavian stuff into the "Scandinavian folklore" category and the rest into their respective categories, if they exist. :bloodofox: (talk) 20:05, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
