Silly dicdef/neologism. Also the other page, where is it; poodlefakery Dunc_Harris| 22:43, 5 Aug 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete: It's the new SNAG (sensitive new age guy), or the new Metrosexual, or the new.... Yeah, it's slang, dictdef, ephemeral. Geogre 00:42, 6 Aug 2004 (UTC)
    • Ping's work is good and an heroic effort at rescue. I like the etymology. I wish I could change my vote, but I think it's still pretty much a dictionary definition. (Fascinating: a fakir for the poodles. Great stuff. I hope you also put that at Wiktionary.) Geogre 00:47, 11 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Perhaps this is inappropriate in an encyclopaedia. But can you forward me to a better site for it? None seem worth the bother. (the originator)
    • See urban dictionary, everything 2, wiktionary (but check out the lasts guidelines on slang). Dunc_Harris| 19:38, 6 Aug 2004 (UTC)
    • Author: take another look at the article, please. I think, with some history of the term and some broadening out into new uses, it might well be Wiktionary. Good luck, and please don't mistake our deletion of this entry as a lack of desire for your contributions. Geogre 00:47, 11 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. One of the best dicdefs I've seen in a while, but it's still a dicdef, and I can't see how to make an article out of it. Andrewa 01:56, 7 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • copy edit, transwiki to wiktionary, delete from wikipedia. -- Jmabel 03:52, Aug 7, 2004 (UTC)
