According to the copy of the April 1984 Official Railway Equipment Register, there was exactly one class 1 railroad in Mexico, Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Mexico. There is also exactly one class 2 railroad listed there, Ferrocarril del Pacifico (although Texas Mexican is also listed there).

With so few railroads that would be listed on a Mexico class 1 or Mexico class 2 navigation template, it didn't seem prudent to create them yet. slambo 17:59, 24 Oct 2004 (UTC)
