The naming conventions state that pages are usually given singular titles, but if the plural is more likely to be used than the singular, then having a plural as a redirect will be useful. Generally, redirects are not deleted unless there are problems with them being there. See also the policy on deeting redirects. Angela 18:21, 31 Aug 2003 (UTC)

On second thoughts, perhaps cars isn't more frequent than car, but even so, having a redirect page can only be a useful thing. It isn't like the info is being duplicated at cars; it is only redirecting to the proper page. By the way, I didn't mean to suggest you had not read the guidelines; it's just that redirects are rarely deleted unless they are particularly problematic. Hope that helps. I think the simple answer is: No, you needn't wander around creating plural redirects... but if someone else does, there's probably no harm in keeping it. If that makes any sense... :) Martin 23:43, 31 Aug 2003 (UTC)

Hi, and thanks for your feedback with regard to List of NES games. I moved it from my main userpage to my talk page (which is where messages for users are generally left) and replied there, too. -- Schnee 00:42, 5 Sep 2003 (UTC)

Hi. Could you please use the "Show preview" button instead of constantly saving the page and taking up lots of space on the Recent Changes page with your minor edits? Or, since you're a logged-in user, please check the "This is a minor edit" box and those of who have your preferences set not to see minor edits won't have to see your changes over and over again. basically, we leave it intact for the admin's to delete, the user contested it and it is policy to leave that template up with the CSD template, when an admin sees it they will probably delete it, as no reason is given and it is a junk page —Preceding unsigned comment added by Christopher Pritchard (talkcontribs) 21:15, 15 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
