20°51′46″S 40°56′09″W / 20.86278°S 40.93583°W / -20.86278; -40.93583 Rio Novo do Sul is a municipality located in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo. Its population was 11,626 (2020) and its area is 204 km2 (79 sq mi).[1] The name of this municipality means "New River of the South" in Portuguese.
