That does not make much sense. My account name (en and fr Wikipedia) is not Francois Genolini~enwiki but Francois Genolini. There is no other user called Francois Genolini that I can see. When I click on the link to pick a different name it does not mention Francois Genolini~enwiki but Francois Genolini. So you have succeeded in confusing me.
