Name change?[edit]

Given that there is now going to be a new 2024 constituency called Brent East which is slightly different to the old Brent East in its boundaries, should we rename this one to indicate it is historical, and start a new page for the new constituency? I think the usual thing that is done is to add the information for the new seat to the old one and update the lede accordingly, for instance : Tottenham (UK Parliament constituency) which had two 'incarnations' with a thirty-two year gap in between.
