I'm RYU Cheol but my friends call me Cheol, my given name. I have been an editor on English Wikipedia and Korean Wikipedia since 2003. I live in Daejeon, South Korea. In my real life, I am a software engineer at a research institute.

I am an advocate of Wikipedia in Korea and involved in Wikimedia movement. I love and am ready to talk with non-Koreans who want to know about Korean Wikipedia and also with Koreans who want to know Wikipedia in general or in detail.

I was a member of the first term ArbCom on Korean Wikipedia. Now I am serving as an admin on KOWP and a member of the board of Wikimedia Korea.
