I can't see why they should be deleted... Even if they are a demo band they are still a band and why not let people know that they exist??

And also, they do seem to be very serious, because they have copyright of their name and protected their music, and the website does give a feel of a very serious band.

I'm NOT voting for deletion.

For future reference, you can discuss reasons for/against deletion on the votes for deletion page itsself instead of its talk page.
Wikipedia policy is to only list things that should be in an encyclopedia, which is what we're trying to make after all. There are tens if not hundreds of thousands of beginning bands, if each of them had an article here we'd be swamped and people wouldn't be able to find any of the content they actually come looking for. You cannot copyright a name by the way. A name can be trademarked which is expensive (but wouldn't help towards qualifying for a wikipedia article); Music, lyrics, recordings, and other creative works are automatically copyrighted under the Berne Convention upon creation. --fvw 13:00, 2004 Oct 20 (UTC)
