After making this page I started to wonder: how much is the name Thames River still used, if at all? Would this be better at Waihou River, with a redirect, rather than the other way round as it is now?Grutness 08:08, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Change of name?[edit]

Is "Waihou River" a new name, or is it a former name that was replaced by "Thames River" before being restored? Also, when were the name change(s) made, and who decided that "Waihou River" should be used now? 86.132.139.186 16:13, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
