Various meanings[edit]

Proposal to merge with Academic degree[edit]

reading this article I would not merge it with Academic Degree for the simple reason that you would have to find a name for academic degrees which are not professional degrees. Otherwise it would be very difficult to distinguish between the two...--VeronikaMM 08:24, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal to NOT merge with Professional studies[edit]

FYI: I believe Professional studies is a more generic term than Professional degree, and therefore they should not be merged. But we should duplicate as little information as possible, so please feel free to trim or cannibalize that article as you see fit. Vagary 01:25, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

professional vs. academic degree[edit]

A professional degree is different from an academic degree. The curriculum and purposes are completely different.
