Refactoring out negative comments[edit]

Since there has been no objection on the part of the arbitrators to HistoryBuffEr's moving evidence both out of and into my sections, including removing counter-comments to his evidence, I will take this as an indication that each participant can present the evidence for his own side in the manner in which he prefers.
