List of Children[edit]

Ah, light dawns. It doesn't help that the numbering of the Earls isn't standard. Alice FitzAlan daughter of Richard FitzAlan, 10th Earl of Arundel married Thomas Holland. Alice FitzAlan daughter of Richard FitzAlan, 11th Earl of Arundel married John Cherleton, 4th Lord Cherleton, according to[2]. So I'll amplify what's here. Earl of Arundel[edit]

If he was the 11th Earl of Arundel was he also the 4th as it says in the text? This needs an explanation or a correction.
