I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. POV[edit]

"Most groups are primarily at their best with slow songs. On this album, Jodeci was no exception with songs like "Gotta Love", "Stay", "Come & Talk To Me" and the title track "Forever My Lady". The entire flow of the album was stopped dead in its tracks with the fast songs that made up the second half of the album. Tracks like "My Phone", and "It's All Right" just were not up to par."
