I think this categorisation is in need of a clean up. Do Mötley Crüe and Rammstein really need their own catagories. This could get contentious bearing in mind all the different genres of metal and the wide opinions on the matter. Comments? Jackliddle 20:51, 21 Nov 2004 (UTC)

This whole category needs cleaning up: too many groups listed in this category which are already listed in subcategories, too many non-group listings, etc. make this too unwieldy to use well. I'm going to try and slim it down a bit by removing those entries from this category that are better listed in a sub category or do not belong in here. --Martin Wisse 23:23, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)
