Aloysius Patacsil is my pen name. I currently live in Honolulu, Hawaii after having lived in Boston, Dallas, Fort Worth and San Francisco.

I am rather reclusive and enjoy reading and writing. My current interests include: the contemporary history and politics of Roman Catholicism in the Western United States, and most especially the Hawaiian Islands; the mathematics of natural language; Indo-Pacific languages; and Christian liturgy.
