KIF -> Knowledge Interchange Format[edit]

i'll move this article from KIF to Knowledge Interchange Format, b/c KIF also refers to other stuff. --Flurios 21:41, 15 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

ok, i won't :) --Flurios

The two should be merged one way or another. Tim 17:17, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

Error and Multiple pages[edit]

The article indicates "...It was intended as an interlingua, rather than a format for human authoring of knowledge...". However the term Interlingua is probably not correct here, since it refers to a specific constructed language, not a general concept. Perhaps the correct term is pivot language, but I'm not really familiar with this topic, so I'm not sure.

Also, this article ([[KIF]) should probably be merged with Knowledge Interchange Format. Both articles apparently refer to the same thing.

  • Yes they do, please go ahead and merge :) highlunder 12:54, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Finally, I deleted the "user welcome" boilerplate from this talk page. It obviously does not belong here.
