Removed some graffiti and corrected a heading that had been altered. Anonymous.

The sentence "In conclusion, Englishmen would not have woman surgeons or physicians; they confined them to their role as nurses." needs work. Grammatical/Stylistic improvement still needed throughout. Anonymous.
