Hi Devil Master, and a warm welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you have enjoyed editing as much as I did so far and decide to stay. Unfamiliar with the features and workings of Wikipedia? Don't fret! Be Bold! Here's some good links for your reference and that'll get you started in no time!

Most Wikipedians would prefer to just work on articles of their own interest. But if you have some free time to spare, here are some open tasks that you may want to help out :

  • RC Patrol - Keeping a lookout for vandalism.
  • Cleanup - Help make unreadable articles readable.
  • Requests - Wanted on WP, but hasn't been created.
  • Merge - Combining duplicate articles into one.
  • Wikiprojects - So many to join, so many to choose from...Take your pick!

Your username[edit]

To Wikipedians, your username may sound malicious hence the devil in it. One time, I had a nickname called "GoofyGuy", and other Wikipedians though I did malicious vandalism on Wikipedia. Please help me[edit]

Can you please help me with the Power Glove article? I see in the history that you made substantial contributions, and it needs to be cleaned up and properly referenced. "citation needed" on Captain S catchphrase is totally unnecessary.[edit]

Seems like the absolute least likely thing that even needs a citation. Here's a few things I found.

I feel tags like this are completely unnecessary, and if it does get referenced, people will just wonder, "Why was THAT even referenced," and the reference will eventually be removed, leaving all of these efforts to be completely useless. If you want to know for sure about something, ask the talk page instead of cramming citation-needed tags everywhere, please. It's not helping.

I think this edit is counter productive. While the first fact can easily be checked by watching the movie, it's not possible for a normal person to check the speed of light - so it should have a science source as reference link. --Avatar (talk) 15:48, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Devilmaster, Ravenswing: I hope you'll excuse my deleting / abridging your comments on the talk page. Even though the article should be deleted soon, it's best if names of living people not be discussed this way, especially since it's got to point of mentioning person X in city Y who (the discussion says) isn't one of the people the article is talking about. I have reverted your edit on this page. Per WP:LEAD and WP:LEADCITE the lead merely needs to summarize the body, and all necessary citations can be in the body. Therefore the statement you noted as WP:WEASEL was merely a quick summary to the information noted in the Reception of the body. Thanks for the edit, though.
