Thanks for changing. I didn't know if it was a big deal distinction or not.. just when I did a very quick stub to stop deletion I found that page which seemed to go to some lengths to distinguish between all the various categories... doubtless civil servant and public servant will eventually redirect to the same page which discusses similarities/differences such as they exist.
