P.S. One last helpful hint. To sign your posts like I did above (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).

Hi.

I saw your username on Wikipedia:New user log, and I'm afraid I think it's somewhat problematic. As discussed in our username policy, we don't allow potentially confusing usernames, and somebody seeing your username might assume that you were some kind of "official" arbiter. Could you change your username to something more appropriate? You can make a request at wikipedia:changing username. Thanks.

On a more pleasant note, it's nice to see another Churchill student on Wikipedia. I was there a few years ago. Do they still have the "Pav" on Friday nights? Martin 00:40, 11 Apr 2004 (UTC)

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere.
