COEBA[edit]

I've restored the article content for you at User:Strbenjr/COEBA. Note that using the text to recreate the deleted content is speedyable, and using it to keep it hanging around in your userspace has gotten editors penalized before. I have a problem with restoring the deleted talk page, since it contained whois information about an editor and not much in the way of discussion about the article -- not sure why you'd need it. .:.Jareth.:. babelfish 18:05, 6 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:SITS Hacker-mod.jpg[edit]

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
