I am redirecting this to a new article repair and maintenance, really just synonyms, although mainenance includes working on equipement that is not yet "broke". Since both words are in common usage for this activity, this seems reasonable. User:Fredbauder. I suppose this page should remain for the odd link to maintenance as should a redirect at repair. +

Real article[edit]

The subject of maintenance is deserving of its own article, and people are already doing so in other articles. I've copied the text of such an example from Maintenance, repair, and operations to try to get a real article going here.
