Hello, I'd like to request an IP exemption.

Range block is 2001:41D0:FC00:0:0:0:0:0/38‬ and was set by ST47‬. The range is -I suppose- for OVH's datacenters, but the thing is, OVH is also providing ISP services in France (which I use, as you can guess).

Unfortunately I'm not sure where the "webhost" range ends and the "ISP" range start (or if they're even properly distinct).
