Why the hell was this page edited to say he praised hitler in his book? It didn't and that edit was pure vandalism. I have reverted to an old version.

In Fiction?[edit]

Can someone confirm or deny that Otto Dietrich is the inspiration for the character Otto Dietrich zur Linde who appears in Jorge Luis Borges's Ein deutsches Requiem (short story)? I think there's definetely a connection there, and it may be worth mentioning in this article. Nicolasdz 14:38, 12 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Dietrich otto.jpeg[edit]

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. "NAZI"[edit]

Please refrain from terminology that isn't the formal name of an organization, but essentially stemming from political polemics. This is the case with "Nazi"... Sure that's a nick name already used in the 20s. But the actual name was National Socialist. The name NAZI is short for NAtionalsoZIalist, sure. But we don't call the Democrats DEMS or Republicans REPS, neither. 105.12.1.167 (talk) 12:20, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
