Talk:CADW

Why is CADW in capitals in this entry? As the article says, cadw is a word in the Welsh language; it is not an acronym, and the organisation Cadw does not seem to use capitals except in its logo. I suggest the title and all the instances in the article should be changed to 'Cadw'. 19 Jan 2004
