he is very famous and needs a vessle such as this for people to recognise the outstanding work for the community that he has done. H El Hares touched my life in a very profound manner and I have often discussed this with some of my piers. He might not be famous down under but that does not mean he is not well known. He was a unbelievably gifted man and talented man.

Please try to rewrite the article then. Is Mr. El Hares still alive? You seem to write about him as if he already passed away. Write his birth (and death, if appropriate) dates - at least approximately. Write in several paragraphs about his major accomplishments, what he did in his life. Try to neutral. Make it clear to others who have never heard of him how notable he is, not by using adjectives "unbelievable", "wonderful", etc., but by giving real information. What books and studies did he write and when? Stating that he contributed to the field of desalination is fine, but how exactly did he contribute? Write the article in full sentences and paragraphs, not a resume. Then the article will have a better chance of being included in Wikipedia. Also, take a look at Wikipedia:Style guide. --Smithfarm
