This feels like a copyvio. I can't find it anywhere however. Secretlondon 15:12, Dec 31, 2003 (UTC)

I'm not sure if I'm using the talk correctly. I'm the author of the page. I've been using FAM for a year and half successfully and I've read one book, many webpages, and had an email conversation once with a professional fertility awareness counselor. Everything I wrote came from the knowledge stored in my head. Heck, every day I keep track of my fertility and I enjoy doing so. Thanks for thinking I ripped it off!

Unfortunately, we thought it was ripped off because it needs style work ;). Basically, it needs to not be written in the second person, and also the 'editorial comment' at the end is inappropriate. Morwen 15:25, Dec 31, 2003 (UTC)

Yep, I just wrote it as quickly as it came out. I rather read information that needs style work than not read anything at all. Feel free to remove the editorial comment.

Quite so. How does it look now? Morwen 15:30, Dec 31, 2003 (UTC)

Looks good. I added one new paragraph about the difference between FAM and natural family planning to help people understand the difference after reading the link on the calendar method. Do you think the article should link to my favorite webpage on FAM at http://www.sisterzeus.com/. If so, put it in. I need breakfast and a shower and I'm really late for work :)

I think this article sorely needs some information on the relative effectiveness of these techniques, as well as a warning that inexperienced people should not use it as their sole source of birth control. Also, a mention that these techniques don't prevent the spread of STDs would be nice. Tendril
