Reads like a fan-made review[edit]

I wished I knew more about this computer so I could correct this "article". This article reads like a fanboy review instead of factual information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cbmeeks (talkcontribs) 12:50, 14 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I had one of these[edit]

Wow, when I was in college, I knew someone who owned an Exidy Sorceror. I had forgotten about that until I saw this article. soulpatch 01:32, 22 November 2002 (UTC)[reply]

This article has made my day - I (with some friends) chipped in to buy one of these - we were very pleased with it at the time. The article has a link to a page where there is a link to an emulator - so I ran that (Java applet) - so strangely familiar. User:Wm 01:57, 22 November 2002 (UTC)[reply]

Smalltalk?[edit]

I vaguely recall that someone wrote a minimal version of Smalltalk (I want to say it was called "Tiny Smalltalk," though searching the web for that name turns up a Smalltalk written in Java), and a paper on it showed screenshots of it running on an Exidy Sorceror. Can someone else confirm my fuzzy recollections? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.216.178.59 (talkcontribs) 09:29, 24 January 2006

"Brush with success"[edit]

"The machine had its biggest brush with success in 1979 when the Dutch broadcasting company, TELEAC, decided to emulate the BBC's success and introduce their own home computer. "

This cannot be correct surely as the BBC computer did not appear until 1981 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.56.110.92 (talk) 18:24, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
