Akean River → Aklan River – Move as per WP:COMMONNAME. The name Aklan River is much more commonly used, overwhelmingly so in Philippine news sources. -- P 1 9 9 ✉ 17:11, 7 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Support: An Advanced Google search in English over the last year for Akean excluding Aklan or Wikipedia gives 63 hits (page through to the last result and you get 47 unduplicated hits). A similar search for Aklan excluding Akean or Wikipedia gives 33,400 hits (455 unduplicated hits). Even taking into account that some of the Aklan results are not referring to the river, but to Aklan province, it is clear from looking at the individual results that Aklan is overwhelmingly preferred for the river. If you contain the searches to sites in the Philippines, then Akean gets just one false result, and nothing else. Skinsmoke (talk) 04:38, 8 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
