Stub messages[edit]

Oops - sorry. Mistaken identity. You did your interwiki links about half an hour after seomeone else added stub messages in about half a dozen articles, and I didn't catch the double change. Sorry! Grutness|^hello?

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
