I strongly agree. A quick google search didn't reveal any blatant plaigarisms. This article does strongly resembles course notes or a primer. I've added the {{cleaup}} tag because wikipedia shouldn't be a collection of notes and essays. AnAn 03:05, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
